Dogs have always been a big part of my life. Growing up my mother raised shelties and collies and I have many fond memories of travelling to shows with her over the past 40 years. Starting out as a junior in the show ring, and moving on to some more serious obedience training placing both obedience and championship titles on a number of dogs in multiple countries as our website will attest to. I feel fortunate to have bred, owned and sold some lovely healthy wheaten terriers over the years. Training dogs comes natural to me and I readily share the knowledge I have with the homes our wheatens are placed in. I believe an obedient dog properly trained can bring years of enjoyment to the home they are placed in. I chose the breed to be “my breed” and instantly fell in love with them. I will always remember “Carly” our first wheaten and the years our family treasured having her as part of our life. Raising wheatens in our home has been a rewarding experience and I am grateful for the many wonderful friends I have met over the years through this hobby.
